Tropical Storm Jerry has formed Atlantic Ocean, becoming the 10th tropical storm of the Atlantic.

The newly formed storm is located 1200 miles east southeast of Bermuda and 1,325 miles west southwest of Azores on Monday, September 30. Jerry has reached maximum sustained winds of 40 miles per hour, and is moving 7 miles per hour due east, but will change paths over the next 24 hours.

While no land warnings have been placed, those within the area should stay aware as the storm is expected to strengthen and move erratically within the next few days.

Tropical storm force winds extend from the center of the storm up to 45 miles.
